-young people-

Picture
The workshops will focus on developing skills in theatre and performance through various exercises and games. All work will be developed collaboratively from scratch rather than using existing scripts. The focus is on the creation process. Using a stimulus such as a found object, image, text or improvisation to develop material for performance. Throughout the sessions there will be opportunities to have fun, develop confidence, experiment with new ideas as well as the meet new like minded friends.

Aimed at young people aged 13- 17 interested in drama, theatre and performance making. No prior experience required. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water.

All sessions will be led by professional Theatre Maker and Drama Specialist Lauren Hart who has 12 years experience working with children and young people. All her sessions are  underpinned by her ethos that each person is valuable, unique and has something to offer. For more information about her work please click here
