Lauren hart is a Theatre Maker and Dramatherapist. She has 15 years experience working as a drama specialist, teacher, youth worker, mentor and workshop facilitator for children, young people and adults. She has extensive experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, special educational (SEND) social, emotional and mental health difficulties and behavioural needs (SEMH) and English as a second language (EAL). She has worked in a variety of educational settings, youth clubs, theatres, and community groups in the United Kingdom, South Africa and Germany. Client groups have included autism, behavioural difficulties, attachment disorder, anxiety, mental health, low self-esteem, grief, trauma and abuse. ​

She is keen to introduce the art of theatre and performance to those who have not had the opportunity to experience it before and teach others how to use it as a tool of self-expression. She aims to create value in society where ever she is in the world. All her workshops are underpinned by her ethos that everyone is valuable and unique. Her aim is to empower individuals by providing a safe and comfortable space allowing each person the freedom to be themselves in order to thrive and share their true potential. 

Lauren is based in Sheffield and available to teach private classes, workshops and ongoing projects for groups and individuals. All workshops and projects can be tailored to the needs of your group and are available for children, young people or adults. ​She has a fully enhanced DBS check to work with children, young people and adults.

Leading workshops and training young people aged 11-17 throughout the UK to become Anti-Bullying Ambassadors in their schools. The programme aims to empower students and staff through a holistic and peer-led approach by engaging them to change the attitudes, behaviours, and culture of bullying by building skills and confidence to address different situations, both online and offline.
